PS: You should all know that as I was chowing down on my melted Ralph's Brand Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream that I heard a scream come from the house next door. It was clear and shrill, sounded like it was from out by the cars in his backyard but I couldn't stomach looking outside. Just sayin'...
